Project Overview
KEMSAL supported the design and implementation of a major affordable housing development through project management, quantity surveying, architectural coordination, and engineering oversight. The assignment focused on keeping the programme aligned to budget, schedule, and quality while supporting the client on delivery of social infrastructure and residential units.

Project management and quantity surveying leadership for detailed cost planning, procurement support, contract administration, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Narrative Description
The main objective of the consultancy is to offer the optimal technical advice and project management towards the design and construction of affordable houses for SDHUD. The proposed development comprises 14 blocks of G + 16 apartment blocks plus 1 block G + 11 mixed-use development block, totalling 2,348 units, along with social infrastructure and related amenities. The gross development area is 144,482m2.
