Narrative Description
Kemsal Consultants Limited’s role is to provide quantity surveying and cost advice services towards the design and supervision of the 10-storey building (Block A and Block B) consisting of high-end 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. The main objective is to offer optimal technical and cost-effective solutions for postgraduate student accommodation. The proposed development provides two blocks up to completion of 2 basements, upper ground floor, mezzanine floors, and 8 typical floor apartments.
