KEMSAL supported the project by providing project management, quantity surveying, and engineering coordination from concept to delivery. The project required strong cost discipline and a clear programme for multi-block construction and associated amenities.

Quantity surveying and project management support covering design coordination, cost control, planning, procurement, and contractor oversight.
Narrative Description
The main objective of the consultancy is to offer optimal technical advice and project management towards the construction of affordable houses for SDHUD. The proposed development includes five blocks of G + 9 apartment blocks and one block G + 14 mixed-use development block, totalling 1,000 units, supported by social infrastructure and related amenities. The gross development area is 50,000m2.
